Instructions
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Place in large pot and cover with water.
- Boil for about 20 minutes, until potatoes fall apart when poked with fork. Drain water.
- Add butter and salt. Mash with potato masher until butter is incorporated and potatoes are fairly smooth.
- Add Silk slowly, mixing until potatoes are fluffy.
