Information concerning the Silk and Great Value settlementDanone has recently settled a national class action concerning its recall of Silk and Great Value refrigerated beverages between July and October 2024, due to concerns regarding Listeria monocytogens. If you purchased, consumed or became ill after consuming Silk Products or Great Value Products that were subject to the 2024 recall, you may be entitled to benefits. Individuals who purchased products impacted by the recall can seek refunds for the cost of their products, or coupons, directly from Danone, here. Individuals who developed symptoms consistent with listeriosis following the recall can seek compensation from a claims administrator. For more information about the settlement, see here.
