Instructions
- Mix the apple, pear, oats and Silk oat original unsweetened beverage together in a medium mixing bowl, then stir in half of the almond butter. Add the pinch of salt, cover with cling film and store in the fridge overnight (about 12 hours).
- For the compote, put the apple and pear into a small saucepan with 2 tbsp of water, put a lid on the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the maple syrup and spice, stir gently then cover and simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes until the fruit has softened and broken down a little. Set aside, cool and cover until morning.
- To serve spoon the oats into bowls and top with a spoonful of Silk plain oat yogurt style, the compote and drizzle over the remaining almond butter.
