Plant-based Oatmeal with Apple
- Core and thinly slice the apples.
- Place sliced apples and oats in a sauce pan along with the Silk Oat Unsweetened Beverage.
- Bring ingredients to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Keep stirring for around three minutes until the mixture is thick and smooth
- Spoon into four breakfast bowls and garnish with blackberries, pistachio nuts (if you like them) and an extra splash of Silk Oat Unsweetened Beverage. Ready in a flash and packed with oaty, fruity goodness!
