Sun-Dried Tomato, Olive and Cheese Bread

Instructions

  1. Slice olives.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Butter and flour a 2-litre cake pan.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and flour.
  5. Add Silk, baking powder, oil, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Blend olives and tomatoes into the mixture and pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes.
  8. Allow the pan to cool for 10 minutes before inverting the pan and removing the bread.
